Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Functional Patterns packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear for signs of wear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
